Questions about EPGOLD
How do I join?
Two ways: online through our secure Square subscription portal — that’s the Join for $15 / month button on this page — or in store with a barista. Either way, you pick up your metal card at the shop.
How do the monthly giveaways work?
Every time your card is scanned at the register you’re automatically entered into that month’s EPGOLD raffle — coffee gear, retail bags, and prizes from local partners. Nothing to sign up for.
Do I have to bring the physical card with me?
Yes. To maintain the exclusivity of the program and prevent account sharing, the physical metal card must be presented at the register to claim your 10% discount and perks.
What does the 10% cover?
All standard food and beverage purchases in the shop. It doesn’t apply to physical gift cards, wholesale orders, or select retail merchandise, and it can’t be combined with seasonal promotions or Happy Hour pricing.
Can I cancel my membership?
Absolutely. There are no long-term commitments. You can cancel your monthly renewal at any time through your digital receipt links, or by speaking to a manager in store.
What if I lose my card?
Let us know right away. A replacement can be issued in store and linked to your existing account — a small replacement fee for the metal card may apply.

EPGOLD terms and conditions
Membership billing
The EPGOLD membership is a recurring subscription billed at $15.00 USD per month. By joining, you authorize Evanston Pour to charge the payment method on file on a 30-day rolling basis.
Exclusions
The 10% daily discount applies to all standard food and beverage purchases in the shop. It cannot be combined with other seasonal promotions or Happy Hour pricing. The discount does not apply to the purchase of physical gift cards, wholesale orders, or select retail merchandise unless otherwise explicitly stated during a special promotion.
Non-transferable
EPGOLD cards and their associated benefits are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.
Lost or stolen cards
If your metal card is lost or stolen, please notify us immediately. A replacement card can be issued in store and linked to your existing account. A small replacement fee for the physical metal card may apply.
Program modification
Evanston Pour reserves the right to modify, alter, or terminate the EPGOLD program, its benefits, or its terms of service at any time, with prior notice provided to active members.
